Jo Jingles and Rhonda came to Harbour Bears. We played maracas and tambourines, danced around with falling leaves and had the best fun being scarecrows.

Easter Bunny Buns
At Harbour Bears we enjoyed making some very special top hats with green grass chocolate for the mallow bunnies to hop on! We had lots of easter fun before breaking up for the Easter Holidays!
Fun with fruit
Harbour Bears enjoyed choosing their own fruit and preparing it to make a fruit salad to take home. They also enjoyed exploring other ways to have fun with fruit.
Shrove Tuesday
It’s shrove Tuesday and at Harbour Bears Pre-School we learned how to make yummy pancakes, ate some for our snack and then had a go making our own batter by cracking eggs, measuring flour and milk, and mixing it all up!
Magical Music
Exploring music is magical. At Harbour Bears we enjoyed trying some new instruments, listening to new sounds and making rhythms!
Chinese New Year
Gong Hei Fat Chou! Today we Celebrated Chinese New Year and made lots of noodle soup, tea and rice, and our home corner is a 5* Chinese restaurant. The aroma in pre-school is making us all hungry so we had some noodles at Snack Time!
Out of this World!

A New Nativity
Due to Covid-19 restrictions Harbour Bears had to do their Christmas Nativity a new way! We had so much fun learning our nativity and performing it for the video camera so that our parents and family could watch us at home on our very own DVD – we even starred on the front cover! Before...
Growing in the Garden
This month we did some gardening and enjoyed potting plants. We also learned that some of the food we eat grows is in the ground too!
