Jo Jingles and Rhonda came to Harbour Bears. We played maracas and tambourines, danced around with falling leaves and had the best fun being scarecrows.
A bit Of Butter
Yesterday we made our own butter! It was quite a workout shaking the jar of cream until it became solid.For snack today the children made their own sandwiches from a choice of ham, cheese and tomato. They were delicious!
Daily Bread
Did you know that the bread we eat for snack is made using a dough of flour, yeast, salt and water? We had messy fun mixing the ingredients and looking at some different types of bread. Then Patricia showed us how to make toast, it smelled so good!
Week 1 Done!
Our First full week at Harbour Bears is over and everyone has had a busy time having lots of fun! We have been making new friends, talking about ourselves and painting self portraits
